Sun-X International offers the following Returns Policy:

1. Call and speak to one of our representatives about your order.

2. Film returns require authorization prior to any return.

3. Only UNUSED or MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE merchandise is eligible for return.

4. RESTOCKING FEE: is 20%...This fee applies to all merchandise returned more than 5 days after purchase with the exception of defective goods.  

5. Roll cut charges incurred during the sale are not refundable.

6. Once goods have been approved for return by Sun-X, merchandise credit will be issued to customer's account.  It's that simple!


*Please note - Shipping begins at $18.50 and cannot fully be calculated until order is received by Sun-X International LLC. A request through PayPal for any additional shipping & handling will be sent to the customer prior to shipment of the order.
